Something Borrowed Soundtrack [2011]
11 songs are featured on the Something Borrowed Soundtrack including music by Natasha Bedingfield, Salt-N-Pepa, Collective Soul, Tyrone Wells, The Civil Wars, Peter Bradley Adams, Hipjoint, Dj Axel, King Floyd along with two tracks by Pt Walkley doing cover versions of the Counting Crows "Round Here" and Third Eye Blind's "How's It Going To Be".
The Something Borrowed Score is by composer Alex Wurman whose credits include the soundtracks to The Switch, March of the Penguins, Four Christmases and Talladega Nights.
A must see for fans of romantic comedy. Even though, Kate Hudson is the obvious beauty, you can't take your eyes of Ginnifer Goodwin. Every moment of the movie is spent rooting for her to get the love she so deserves. For me, this kind of romantic dynamic never gets old where one character is so over the top in love but the object of her affection is so painfully unaware with our heroine spending most of the movie working up the courage just to profess her love. Something Borrowed is based on a novel of the same title by Emily Giffin and released to theaters on June 10, 2011.
